MoDo Bakery began with a simple conviction: that the best bread is made slowly, with attention to ingredient, technique, and time. We opened our doors on Onyx Street to serve a neighborhood that values real food — sourdough that sings, croissants with hundreds of layers, and coffee that deserves the cup.

Everything we bake arrives here each morning, shaped by hand, and baked in our deck oven. Nothing is frozen. Nothing is rushed. What comes out the other side is what our regulars come back for — again and again.
